This policy explains how Machmani Store ("Machmani", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use machmanistone.com or buy from us. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Astrology details you choose to share: date, time and place of birth or rashi, only when you ask for guidance or Personal Abhimantran.
• Payment status: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net banking details.
• Website data: device, browser, pages visited and cookies for cart, analytics and ads.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and deliver orders and send updates.
• To answer support requests and provide astrology guidance you ask for.
• To send offers on SMS, WhatsApp or email when you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To prevent fraud and meet tax and legal requirements (GST invoices, accounting).
• To improve our website and measure ads (Meta, Google).

Who we share it with

• Only service providers needed to run your order: Shopify (store), Razorpay (payments), Delhivery and other couriers (delivery), messaging and email providers.
• Government authorities when required by law.
• We never sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
