Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to request a return

1. WhatsApp +91 62696 85684 or email machhmanistone@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Share the reason and photos of the product (and an unboxing video for damage claims).
3. We confirm within 48 hours and share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
• Return the QR certificate card, invoice, pouch and original packing together. A stone returned without its certificate cannot be verified and may be refused.
• Return shipping details are shared when your return is approved. For damaged, defective or wrong items we cover the return cost.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personal Abhimantran / puja services once the puja has been performed in your name.
• Products that have been worn, resized, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Free gifts (they must be returned together with the main product if the order is returned).

Inspection & refund

• We inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receiving it and inform you of the result.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• For COD orders, the refund is sent by UPI or bank transfer to details you share with us. The COD charge is refunded only for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Order cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by WhatsApp or email. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
• After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can use the return process after delivery.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly or a payment looks fraudulent. You get a full refund in such cases.
