1. Products

• Machmani, Shukramani and our other stones are natural. Size, colour, shape and marks vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos.
• Weights shown are approximate. The exact weight is printed on the QR certificate.

2. Astrological information

• Benefits described on this website come from Vedic astrology and traditional belief. Results differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• Our products and guidance are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A GST invoice is sent with every order.
• Offers and coupon codes are valid only for the stated period and terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation message or email.
• We may cancel an order for stock unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Please give correct contact and address details. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

6. Reviews & content

• Reviews are written by verified buyers through our review app. We do not edit their meaning or post reviews on behalf of customers.
• By submitting a review, photo or video you allow us to show it on our website and social media.
• All text, images, videos and logos on this site belong to Machmani Store and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit.

8. Grievance redressal

For complaints write to our Grievance Officer, Customer Care Head, at machhmanistone@gmail.com or +91 62696 85684. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours with a ticket number and resolve it within one month. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
